Nexiu Managed · drivers
Outsource your driver hiring, end to end.
Our team and our AI agents post, screen by license class and check documents. You only interview the ones who can already get behind the wheel.
The demo is 30 minutes on your own operation: how many roles you open a month, what a hire costs you today and how fast we fill them.
Transport and last-mile operators already delegate their driver hiring to Nexiu.

Aalkab99 minutos01 / How it works
Four steps. You are in the first and the last.
- 01
Your team
You hand us the route
License class, route type — local, regional or long-haul —, the depot they leave from and the documents your operation requires.
- 02
AI agent
We source where they are
We run the ads from our own accounts on social, groups and job boards. In this market 80% of frontline candidates come from social media, and drivers are no exception.
- 03
AI agent
The agent checks before the interview
It talks 24/7 on WhatsApp, confirms license class and validity, collects the rest of the paperwork and drops whoever doesn't fit the route. +75% response rate.
- 04
Your team
You interview drivers who are ready
They land booked by area, with the license already verified. Finalists in 24h and the role filled in 48.
02 / Book your demo
We show your operation on screen, not a slide deck
Leave your details, pick a time, and in 30 minutes we'll show you what an agent recruiting for your roles looks like.
- →30 minutes, on your real operation
- →Live product, no slides
- →You pick the time at the end
03 / Results
Drivers hired, with a name and a number.
24h
to have driver finalists on your calendar
48h
to fill the role, end to end
36h
from application to signed contract, our fastest case (LAFA)
04 / What we check
What the agent verifies before you see anyone.
→License class and validity
Whatever the vehicle calls for, with validity confirmed in the chat. Someone without the right class never enters the pipeline — which is where half the interviews in a driver process get wasted.
→Experience on that route type
Local, regional and long-haul are not the same job. The agent confirms which route type and which vehicle they worked with before, and for how long.
→Complete paperwork
ID, work authorization, proof of address and whatever your operation adds — a driving record or drug screen included, when you ask for it. Collected on WhatsApp before the interview, not after.
→Distance to the depot
The ones who live close to your yard stay. It's the filter that prevents the most early turnover, and the one no job board runs for you.
05 / FAQ
Questions before you delegate your routes?
Do you actually verify the license or just ask?
The agent asks for the license over WhatsApp and confirms class and validity against what your operation requires. A candidate without a valid one never gets to book, so your team doesn't spend an interview finding out.
Does it work for long-haul and not just delivery?
Yes. Route type is one of the first filters: the agent separates local, regional and long-haul from the first message, because they're different profiles with different pay and time-away expectations.
What if the driver doesn't stay?
The model is a fee per successful hire with a replacement guarantee: if the person doesn't stay, we replace them. No license fee, no setup.
What if I'd rather run it with my own team?
That's the other line: the same agent, configured by your Talent Acquisition team. It's a monthly subscription based on your candidate volume, with a free trial to start, and the plans live on the platform page.
06 / Start today
Let's talk about the routes you can't cover.
30 minutes on your own operation: how many trucks are parked, what a driver costs you today and how fast we fill the seat.
